The day wrapped up with an evening celebration back at Tangletown Gardens allowing guests to mingle with the homeowners, artists, and Tangletown team members while taking in a beautiful summer evening complete with local music, and tasty treats from our very own Wise Acre Eatery.

Thanks to money procured from our Art and Garden Tours, we have been able to undertake a lot. Projects have included restoration of a magnificent bronze Japanese urn for the Minneapolis Park Board, scholarships through the Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association, sponsorship of Minnesota Public Radio, and garden partnerships with the Minnetonka Center for the Arts, The Museum of Russian Art, the City of Minneapolis, the Minneapolis Park Board, the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and Department of Horticultural Science at the University of Minnesota as well as countless other charities and non-profits.

Future projects will include continued partnerships with former benefactors and the undertaking of new projects – with your continued support we will do our best to give back wherever we go, in whatever we do. As advocates of beauty, it is our hope that these public gifts financed by Tangletown Gardens and the Tangletown Gardens' Art and Garden Tours will serve as inspiration to many in the years to come.

The fourth Saturday of July, we host the Tangletown Gardens’ Garden and Art Tour. This self-guided annual tour features some of the Twin Cities’ best gardens, local art, and galleries. with other refreshments supplied by Tangletown Gardens and the Wise Acre Eatery. Proceeds from the tour help fund public art, charities, scholarships, and garden projects throughout the Twin Cities’ area. Every year the event gains more recognition and has fostered a loyal following.

Last year’s tour featured some of Tangletown's best gardens. As always, local artists displayed their works in outdoor gallery spaces curated by the Grand Hand Gallery, Gallery 360, and Swan Song Contemporary Arts. Guests enjoyed wine tasting courtesy of Solo Vino in the afternoon and refreshments from the Wise Acre Eatery. The day proved to be a wonderful success and by day’s end nearly 1,500 guests had taken in this worthwhile event.
