Plant Warranty and Guarantee
We guarantee our plants to be in optimum condition at the point of purchase and planting. All plant material is carefully selected from the highest quality, premier growers or produced by Tangletown Gardens at our growing facility. At times, the power of nature can overcome our best efforts.
- Should any plant, still under warranty, begin to show signs of decline, please contact us immediately so that one of our horticulturists might prescribe corrective measures to ensure your plant’s best possible chance of survival.
- A consistent watering regimen is needed immediately following planting in order to ensure that your new plantings remain healthy and adapt to their new home.
- Tangletown Gardens will replace all plant material up to the original purchase price.
- Trees and shrubs are guaranteed 1 year from date of purchase. (Trees and shrubs used in container plantings are guaranteed for 2 weeks from date of purchase).
- Perennials are guaranteed through the first growing season.
- Annuals are guaranteed 2 weeks from date of purchase. In the event of a late frost, they are not warrantied.
- Houseplants and tropicals are guaranteed 2 weeks from date of purchase.
Should you need to execute this guarantee, simply bring the plant or a photo of the plant, along with your receipt. You will be given credit to use towards your next purchase. Replacement plants are not guaranteed.
*The following reasons for plant decline or damage are not included in the guarantee: animals, snow, ice, improper watering.
